Don't Forget The First Home Owner's Grant Boost
Will Reduce In October!
In June the Federal Government extended the First Home Owners Boost scheme for three months as part of its recently announced Federal Budget. While the Boost was extended for first home buyers entering into contracts until 31 December, 2009, the Boost will only continue at its full rate until 30 September, 2009. It’s time to act if you want to take advantage of this offer before it closes…

From October to December 2009, the FHOG Boost will be reduced from $14,000 to $10,500 for established homes and from $21,000 to $14,000 for newly constructed homes.
