How to Make a Budget Plan

When buying your first home it’s essential that you make a detailed budget plan of all the costs you could incur to ensure there are no nasty surprises.

There are plenty of good budget planners on the internet. Simply enter the amounts in the fields listed and the planner gives you a rough guide to your borrowing capabilities, and the amount of funds needed to buy your home.

Once you’ve finished your calculations, you can keep a permanent record of your entire budget, on your computer or as a print-out.
