They came out within a few days and were prompt and professional. We received a thorough and easy to understand written report, including photographs instead of the usual ticks and crosses that other inspectors seemed to use. Yes they were a little more expensive, but were worth the cost. We are finally very confident we can negotiate a better price and know what to expect when we finally move in.”
